Appointments
We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
New patients will be required to complete a Health History & Registration form and to sign the Consent section of the form. For your convenience, this form is available in PDF format for download here. Please complete the form prior to your first appointment and, if possible, fax the completed form to (903) 894-6057.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact we provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Once it is scheduled, your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require rescheduling an appointment. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
